Our purpose built Sanctuary is a real home from home , ideal for two adults plus pets ,to live in whilst visiting friends or family in the area or for using it as a base for a holiday as many guests use us to explore Northumberland , its wonderful beaches , Morpeth , Alnwick , Seahouses and Bamburgh .It’s also only a 5 minute drive to the local beach , the A19 and just a twenty minute bus ride into the centre of Newcastle ,using the great bus service catching the X7 which runs every 30 mins.

Ebenezer House

This great property is centred in the seaside town and is the largest of the two cottages that we host. Free parking on the doorstep. 30 second walk to stunning curved beach, promenade, off shore sculpture and links golf course. Walking distance to local amenities and church point where dolphins are sighted. From here you can explore the rest of this heritage coastline. Newcastle’s city centre is less than 30 mins drive. Alnwick castle(filming location for Harry Potter)is a 45 min drive in land.

Come & enjoy our peaceful holiday cottage in Cullercoats, situated in between ever popular Whitley Bay and Tynemouth. Take advantage of stunning sea views & private walled garden. The open plan living area gives ample space to cook, dine and relax together, with ensuite shower room and master bathroom giving flexibility for guests sharing the cottage. With SUP, Kayak, Surf and Bike hire, great new eateries and the Northumbrian coast on your doorstep it's the perfect place to explore the North!

The Haven

If you’re on Tyneside for business, holiday or visiting your family, our own self-contained holiday home is a great place for you to stay. Park your car off-road in front of our door. Inside, our ground-floor 2 bedroom flat is fully equipped and very comfortable. You’ll sleep in a large airy bedroom in a wonderful king-size bed with hotel quality bedding. The living room and modern kitchen offer all the amenities you could want for your visit. It's in a quiet street but very centrally located.

Puddler's Cottage

Enjoy a stylish experience at this characterful cottage. Located in the centre of a small town, Puddler's Cottage is the perfect base to explore the stunning beaches and castles of Northumberland whilst only a short drive to vibrant Newcastle. With a wood burning stove, a cot available on request and a sofa bed downstairs, Puddler's has all you could wish for a cosy and comfortable getaway.
