Your 2 story completely private wing with separate entrance includes 2 bedrooms and full bath downstairs. Upstairs is a large open room with fireplace, sofa bed and large deck with views of ABQ below. A sound proof wall separates the private guest suite from the main house with safe parking inside the fenced property.

Our guest house is behind the main house in a lovely and historic downtown Albuquerque neighborhood. There are many seating areas to enjoy in the spacious backyard. We are located within walking distance of Slow Burn Coffee, Rumor Pizza, Golden Crown Panaderia, Marble Brewery, Tiguex Park, Old Town, Explora, the local famer’s market, Lowes Grocery Store, and Civic Plaza.

This secluded, cheerful 300-sq ft casita sits on just over an acre of shared property down a private road in the North Valley. The location offers the best of both worlds -- spectacular mountain views (especially at sunset), access to the Paseo del Bosque Trail and the Cottonwood forest along the Rio Grande all within an easy drive to all Albuquerque has to offer.

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. The space is connected to our house, but with a separate gate and entrance. We live in a calm neighborhood. This is a safe and clean stay for a single, a couple, a little family or 2 couples. Especially nice for a single woman traveling for pleasure or work.

A peaceful place to relax in between activities and events in Albuquerque. Located in the North Valley, and a short drive from Balloon Fiesta Park, Sandia Resort and Casino, and the historic Route 66, this 400 square foot casita is also nearby to a number of attractions and great restaurants.
