Rock Roulade Cocoon

Your own space/ no shared rooms, easy access ground floor and convenient location. This unique place has a fresh style all its own. Formally a secret famous recording studio for pop-rock bands, it was known as “The Hearst”. World famous records by the Killers were made here, “Hot fuss” and “Sawdust”. The first room, (now bedroom) was the control room with recording equipment and the second room (now tub room) was where the musicians played. Welcome pets for a fee if $35/per pet -per night.

Located right downtown Napa near some of the world's greatest restaurants, wineries and scenery! Our home is newly renovated and ready to be enjoyed with premium comfort. The bed is a very pricey plush Sealy King that makes for maximum deep sleep after enjoying a days worth of wine and food. Our home is very large for downtown and is permitted through the City of Napa with all of the additional safety precautions that a hotel must undergo. We (John & Brad) look forward to hosting you!

Come and experience the character and charm of our Queen Anne Victorian. Recipient of the Heritage Home Award as an 1872 Grass Valley Townsite our home offers 3 separate guest rooms with en-suite bathrooms that share a common room with a kitchenette. Guests' amenities include free on-site parking, wifi, laundry facilities, complimentary snacks, coffee, and refreshments. Our downtown location offers easy access to all of downtown Grass Valley's entertainment, food, and shopping.

White House Inn Genoa - Cottage

The Cottage is our most popular room featuring a fully equipped kitchen. The room features a small living area with a gas fireplace for those cozy winter nights. Air conditioning is provided for your comfort in the summer. A gated patio is available for this dog-friendly room. We do require a $35 cleaning fee per visit when you bring your fur baby. Cable TV and free wifi, truly make this your home away from home. Surrounded by beautiful pasture and mountain views.

The Lover's Point Room, accented in deep burgundy, gold, emerald green, and soft beige, has a direct ocean view looking at its namesake, Lover's Point, and wonderful afternoon light displayed through the floor-to-ceiling, 3-foot wide by 5-foot tall window! • Rooms are sanitized following the Clean+Safe protocol outlined by Calif Lodging Assoc. Due to COVID-19 there is NO interim maid service. • Complimentary breakfast. • Lots of restaurants very close to Inn.

Eastside Guesthouse is a boutique hotel in the heart of Bishop, CA. Each room has a private outdoor entrance, this room has a queen bed, private bathroom with either a tub or shower (please message or call us if you wish to specify if you prefer one over the other, we cannot guarantee availability of your preference so please check with us). It also includes some shared spaces, including the kitchen, community room, and outdoor spaces.

Our cozy queen studio cabins, #2-#5 are approximately 250 square-feet, max capacity 2. These studios feature a queen size bed, mini fridge, microwave, custom made cabinetry, seating area by the window, bathroom with shower/bathtub combination, closet, coffee service and hair dryer. Please include children in the total number of guests. No pets allowed in this room, no extra guests, non-smoking property.

Our Fish Board Studio is a charming private space in our courtyard with our signature dutch door, small kitchen, and accommodations for two (2) adults on a King Bed and one (1) adult or two (2) children on a twin sized futon. It’s perfect for both short and longer stays, and gives you a tranquil space to unwind and relax. The vaulted ceilings and open floor plan make this space feel bright and airy.

Tansy Cottage has a sitting area and cozy breakfast nook. The small back yard is fenced, making it the perfect place to stay with the family pet.
