Fully airconditioned including living room. 2 mins drive or 15mins walk to Golden Coast Beach. 5-6 mins drive to the Centre of Protaras (Paraliakos). Within 8-10 mins walk to the nearest restaurants, pubs and kiosk at Pernera area. Within 7 mins walk from the nearest bus station that goes to Protaras centre and Ayia Napa. A place with a view & private pool

Stunning apartment with private pool and breathtaking views which is situated on the grounds of the property which I live. Smart TV and Free WiFi and and no extras for gas/electricity. There is 1 separate bedroom with double bed and corner sofa pulls out to another double. Fully equipped kitchen with gas hob, fridge freezer and water machine (water provided) Outside you have entertaining area with dining table. Pool may be for a time during winter months for maintenance
