Enjoy swimming, canoeing, Bocce on the lawn, barbecue on the deck! Osprey’s Roost is the perfect retreat to rest and recharge, ideal for a romantic week away, a girls’ weekend or a family gathering!

Waterfront Guesthouse II on the Rappahannock

The “Beach House” is a guest cottage at Snug Harbor, a 2 acre private property overlooking the Rappahannock River and Chesapeake Bay. Perfect for a couple’s getaway, this well-appointed cottage has beautiful water views and includes access to our private beach & dock (with guest slip) with use of our paddle boards and kayaks. The cottage’s 1st floor features an open liv/din/kit area, full bath with large shower and a covered patio. The 2nd floor features a large loft bedroom with a queen bed.

Want a cozy, private getaway surrounded by nature, lush trees, beautiful sunsets on the Little Wicomico? Sunkissed Cottage is cheerful home full of wonderful amenities! Enjoy drinking coffee on the porch watching the deer and birds. Take a 2 minute walk down our path through the woods to our waterfront where you can enjoy the water. Our home has high speed internet, smart tvs in every bedroom, corn hole boards, firepit and gas grill. The kitchen is well stocked for all your culinary needs.

This is a spacious apartment above detached garage, with a roomy balcony. The property sits on the Rappahannock River- guests are welcome to use the beach and dock! Property has a private entrance. The bathroom which is located on the first floor. Apartment is up a flight of stairs above the garage. Plenty of parking. EV charger available. We have self check in and the host is extremely flexible.. We welcome all tenants! The Birds Nest is a perfect getaway destination for relaxing and fun.

We’ve owned in the same neighborhood in St. Mary's County since 2005 and are eager to show guests why we love it here. Built in 1891, this farmhouse has been totally renovated by a professional designer. The Cottage is filled with coastal colors and accessories so it feels fun and updated but still retains the feeling of walking into a well loved family beach cottage. We are pet friendly as any beach cottage should be and love seeing our guests and their pets enjoying the cottage. Do you want to get away from it all, change your surroundings and recharge yourself mentally and physically? Welcome to Peaceful Haven. Shops and restaurants of the lovely historic Village of Irvington are only a couple of minutes away. Hike just outside your door or in nearby parks, ride bikes around the meadows or to town, hang outside and listen to the birds, or just sink into the comfy couch to enjoy a movie on our large TV screen.

Come down the long private drive along the pasture to the little cottage perched on the banks of the river, surrounded by large oak trees. Its a simple, cozy spot with lots of outdoor spaces for spreading out.
