This prime downtown location is surrounded by museums, restaurants, shops and art galleries and is one block from the historic Plaza, half a block from the convention center and a short walk to Canyon Road. This stylish 1050 square foot unit is located on the 2nd floor of a downtown commercial building with a large bank of windows overlooking Marcy Street. Parking is in a covered commercial garage 150 yards away.

We are are centrally located in a local arts neighborhood, just 1.8 miles from the plaza and not far from Meow Wolf & main museums. If you want to stay in the touristy historic district-- not us. This beautiful loft is located at the very heart of Albuquerque's historic Old Town Plaza in Plaza Don Luis. Step out your door and walk to over 100 shops, restaurants and galleries offering unique Southwest and Native American merchandise. The Outpost 1706 Taproom is directly across from the loft where you can enjoy locally crafted beer, wine and spirits. Noisy and Sheehan wineries are located in Plaza Don Luis. Parking is available on site.

Guests have a private entrance and can park in the driveway. Property is adjacent to Our Lady of Guadalupe Church and near Los Griegos Elementary making the street safe and active with school children and church- goers by day and very peaceful by night.

My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and furry friends (pets).
