Cute updated home less than 5 miles from Denny stadium. Plenty of parking, large private fenced back yard, deck and screened porch with a TV. Welcome to our large modern 3 BR cabin on Sunset Bay Farm. We are a short and easy 25-30 minute drive to University of Alabama. Our home is a quaint little house located in the historical district of Northport. We have plenty of parking, homemade goodies for breakfast or snacks, stocked coffee bar, and a cozy comfortable environment. We are only 1.4 miles from the U of A, close to downtown Northport and close to restaurants and shopping.
