Lovely deck with BBQ, outdoor seating. 5th house from the ocean—walk to the beach and if you need refreshments you will be back at the cottage in 90 seconds tops. Bikes & beach chairs included. We're a family neighborhood--no parties please!

A five minute drive to Stony Brook University, Setauket Harbor, West Meadow Beach/Old Field Club, Stony Brook Village/Three Village Inn, with historic attractions like the Culper Spy Ring, Avalon Park, and Port Jefferson Village.

The Cottage is a lovely space enclosed in hedges for privacy on a one acre property. I do have 3 dogs, they are kept in a separate gated area on the property. The cottage is located 3 miles from downtown Patchogue which is enjoying a renaissance. There are many restaurants and cultural activities as well as ferry access to Fire Island (Davis Park) in the warmer weather. We are also the "Gateway" to The Hamptons.
