Our garden flat is perfect for a family or a mature group of friends. It can sleep up to four guests (and we've a camp bed that's fine for a child). For larger parties you also can rent the flat upstairs that sleeps another four guests. The flat is in trendy Kensal Rise where there are plenty of bars, restaurants and shops close by. It's a short walk to the overground, a ten to fifteen minute walk to Queens Park tube and there are lots of buses running into the centre from the end of the street.

Our fabulous, artistic family home near Notting Hill is spacious, cool and comfortable for a family or couples. The house has five double bedrooms, two rooms have their own bathroom. Walking distance 10 mins from Portobello Road and the funky shops. There are two cats who live at the property, I’m happy to provide a feeder or for you to feed them, we can discuss. The property could host ten people but I feel that may be too many to manage in terms of dining etc but happy to discuss.
