Indoors, an attractive gourmet chef’s kitchen awaits home cooks, while there’s plenty of furnished alfresco dining space. The quiet neighborhood is nestled adjacent to hundreds of acres of parkland, redwood groves, and walking distance to several restaurants. It's a short drive to many shopping neighborhoods, including Rockridge, Dimond District, The Laurel and Grand Lake. Easy freeway access (1-minute to the 13 and 5 minutes to 580) provides quick access to Oakland dining and shopping as well as San Francisco. There's street and driveway parking.

The Fourth bedroom is the private Cactus Suite, an attached guest studio! The Suite has a full kitchen, a sleeping area, a workstation, and a full bathroom. Hot tub (seats up to 5 comfortably) and a TipsyTank pool! The pool is 8' in diameter and 2' deep, perfect to cool off on hot summer days. The pool is closed between November 1 and March 31.
