Little ones will love the tree swings and have plenty of room to run around and explore the artificial-turfed, half-acre garden attached to this spacious house. Indoors, an attractive gourmet chef’s kitchen awaits home cooks, while there’s plenty of furnished alfresco dining space. The quiet neighborhood is nestled adjacent to hundreds of acres of parkland, redwood groves, and walking distance to several restaurants. You have access to the entire home except for the master suite, which we use to store our stuff in while we're away. We'll be traveling out-of-state. You can reach me by Airbnb message or phone. The home is located in the Woodminster neighborhood, walkable to a coffee shop, three restaurants, and a grocery store. It backs to a large regional park with hundreds of acres of hiking, stunning bay views and miles of trails through redwoods and coastal oaks. It's a short drive to many shopping neighborhoods, including Rockridge, Dimond District, The Laurel and Grand Lake. Easy freeway access (1-minute to the 13 and 5 minutes to 580) provides quick access to Oakland dining and shopping as well as San Francisco. There's street and driveway parking.

Perfect studio apartment at the edge of San Mateo and Burlingame. 10 minute drive to SFO. Very short walk to Coyote Point Recreation Center and the Bay. 0.7 miles to the Burlingame Caltrain station and downtown Burlingame. Safeway and CVS are adjacent to us. The complex is beautiful and has something for everyone. There is a beautiful lagoon, many pools, a large hot tub. Pool table, exercise room with weights, ping-pong and much more.
