A comfortable studio flat in the vicinity of attractions but not in the centre of hustle and bustle. You can rest and relax with a view out onto the greenery, but when in the mood for a pub crawl, some live music or water sports, you'll find all of these within a walking distance. Several minutes' walk will get you to a picturesque promenade along the ocean front. The flat has simple furnishings but all necessities are provided for our guests to have a pleasant stay, eg WiFi, AC, washing machine

Casa Sol y Mar ideal para los que buscan tranquilidad.Casa de 2 plantas recien renovada donde podrás prepararte el café en la cocina, tomarte una copa de vino en la terraza, tomar el sol en el jardín o relajarte en el sofá sin perder de vista el mar. La casa es amplia, luminosa y rodeada de espacios verdes en una comunidad muy tranquila. A muy corta distancia de la casa podrás nadar en la piscina de agua de mar climatizada en un entorno de jardines y vegetación exuberante justo al lado del mar.

The villa consists of two bedrooms each with en suite bathroom, a large space dedicated to the kitchen and living room, with an exceptional sea view. Garden of about 300 m2, full of plants, a sunbathing area with loungers and chairs, umbrellas and a fantastic private heated hot tube .Guests can also use the large community swimming pool which is located right in front .

First Line Oceanfront: Stylish Retreat to Unwind

Enjoy the unobstructed Atlantic view from sunrise to sunset on the large, southwest-facing terrace. The apartment was completely renovated in 2023. It has a bedroom with a double bed (160*200cm), a living room with air conditioning and ceiling fan (140 cm wide sofa bed for an additional person), a very well-equipped open kitchen with dishwasher and a bathroom with walk-in shower. The apartment is a non-smoking apartment! The living room and bedroom have large glass doors to the terrace.

Beautiful house with two pools near the ocean

The house is located 15 minutes from the airport Tenerife South by car. Downstairs are the living room, the dining room, the kitchen and one restroom are, upstairs there are 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 2 balconies. At the back of the house is a large terrace and the entrance to swimming pools. The house belongs to a complex with 2 pools and a small one for children. Shops and restaurants are not too far; near the house is a boardwalk along the ocean .
