Family summer home that is occasionally renterd. Older, modest property with no frills. Great location. Close to the beach, Mears State Park, Channel Park and downtown. Full living room, dining room, kitchen, upstairs sitting area with two bedrooms downstairs and two upstairs. One and a half baths. Covered front porch. Washer and dryer. All linens, towels, dishes, utensils, pots and pans are included. Coffee maker, toaster and microwave with full oven and refrigerator.

The Rickard Cottage is very close to the hustle and bustle of the Silver Lake area, but provides a relaxed, efficient place to get away when the day is done. Mornings and evenings can be spent on the back porch surrounded by the woods. The Cottage is the perfect complement to a busy day at the lake. Ideal for 2 couples or a family with up to 3 children (appropriate for children ages 6 and up). Sleeping accommodations have been upgraded to 2 queen beds!
