The house is walking distance to the grocery store, Cinepolis Luxury Cinemas, and multiple excellent restaurants: Beach Plum Kitchen, Notorious Burgers, Tin Leaf Fresh Kitchen, La Costa Coffee Roasting, Daphne’s California Kitchen, and Vitality Bowls, ALL WITHIN WALKING DISTANCE.. The Forum is less than five minutes away and has great shopping, Jimbo’s Organic grocery store, and excellent restaurants such as Urban Plates, Buca di Beppo, Casa De Bandini (margaritas please!) and Pressed Juicery. We live very close and are very familiar with the area and would love to offer you suggestions on where to go or what things to do in order to make your visit the best possible. If any concerns or issues arise, we are nearby and able to respond quickly. You can arrive at the sand or pull up to the Legoland gate in 10 minutes! Great location with the grocery store, post office, luxury movie theater, and several eateries across the street. If it's golfing you're looking for, several award-winning courses surrounding and your own putting green right in your backyard! Not to mention all the trails, parks, and attractions San Diego has to offer. A car is recommended, but not required in Carlsbad. There is plenty of public transportation to get around (bus, train, or Uber). If you do have a vehicle, we have plenty of parking! Enough driveway space for 4 vehicles. The beautiful 4-room space occupies the first floor of the original two-story, three-unit farmhouse on our family farm and has its own entrance with no shared spaces.
