With free off-street parking, located less than 5 mins walk from the hospital, and in close proximity to the city, historic village, shops, and bus stops—your visit will be easy and convenient. Our stand-alone guest suite offers a queen size bed, bathroom, small fridge, tea & coffee facilities and the right amount of comfort to relax in between visiting loved ones, working nearby, or exploring the area.

Self Contained private room in Greerton

We look forward to welcoming you to our home. A downstairs private room with shared front door , a queen bed, ensuite, kitchenette with fridge and microwave It's just a 5 min walk to the Greerton Village with op shops, cafes and general shopping. Just a 10 min drive to the CBD, 20 mins to Mount beach, 40 mins to Rotorua. We live upstairs with a friendly dog and a cat who thinks she's the queen. Our teenagers come home now and then but we keep noise to a minimum when guests are staying.
