Waterfront Cabin & VW Bus Camper! Kayaks, Canoes!

"Camp Peace" is one of the 12 cabins my husband and I developed in 1997. It includes a 1-room cabin that sleeps 2 on a futon and a vintage VW Bus with an air mattress. Both have electric heat and A/C! The cabin has a stovetop, oven, refrigerator, freezer, sink, and coffee maker. There is a private bath with a marine toilet and a hot shower. You'll have free use of kayaks & canoes to navigate the islands in front of your cabin and bicycles to use on the 10-mile-long wooded hiking & biking trail!

Airsteam at The Blue Stone Farm

The 2024 Airstream International 28RB Travel Trailer sits beside a beautiful pond with amazing views of the southern Ohio sunsets. It's sits on 120 acres of rolling hills, woods to hike, overlooks a catch and release pond, beautiful sunsets, and private property. Please note: Bookings become weather dependent in late fall. We have to shut down the airstream when it starts to stay around freezing. We will continue to book as long as it’s above freezing temperatures.

The Lux - tiny home w/ jacuzzi in Berlin

The Lux is our largest and most luxurious tiny home. At 32 foot long, it looks striking from a distance. The butterfly roof and accent walls give you a hint of what to expect when you walk in. The Lux has all the basics you’d expect for a luxurious stay: full bathroom with running water (not a composting toilet) a full kitchen, heat/AC, fast wifi & a memory foam queen size bed. But it’s what you wouldn’t expect in a tiny home that will get you.

Relax on our 20 acre blueberry farm! Our farm is a unique experience year round. We love to spoil our guests with surprises such as farm fresh eggs, jam, honey, local wine to make your stay a real treat! If you arrive between end of June and August, you may be able to pick berries! Minutes away from Ohio's many bikepaths. Close to Caesar Creek, WPAFB, Yellow Springs, Splash Pad, Cedarville University and lots of local restaurants.

This 1972 Airstream was restored and ready for perfect nights of glamping! We have kept bits of nostalgia throughout the Airstream as well as adding a modern twist. Located in the picturesque hills right before Mohican State Park, you will find yourself immersed in nature. There is access to a private drive with added privacy so you can enjoy your oasis in the woods! A hot tub was just added for a more relaxing experience!

Cool n Cozy B&O Blue Train caboose with great view

Super cozy B&O Train caboose with amazing views. We just recently completed tricking out our second Caboose. We kept the original bunks in place and we installed a horizontal full-size Murphy bed so it can accommodate up to four people. The Murphy bed converts into a couch when it is in the up position. There is a new propane, grill and chairs on the back deck. It is about 250 total square feet so it is snug quarters!

Cedar Point or Fisherman’s Camper Vacation Rental!

Located right next to our business the Portage River Paddling Company, our kayak and canoe livery and right off of Route 2. Just 25 minutes from Cedar Point and just minutes from downtown Port Clinton and the Jet Express ferry to Put In Bay. 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom camper with electric and water. A convenient and quaint little camper to make your visit enjoyable. People from all walks of life are welcome!
