Delux holiday home with swimming pool, situated on a hilly terrain in the small place Kucine, 5 minutes from Split, has a panoramic view on the sea and the area. The plot is hidden from views and has its own access road leading to the automated gate. The house comprises three storeys with 2 spacious terraces. There are 3 outdoor dining spaces and one of them is on third spacious terrace that is connected with bocce field. On the ground floor there is a large living room, ideal for socializing.

Charming stone villa “Čovići” is situated along the Makarska Riviera above the popular seaside resort Tucepi just below impressive mountain Biokovo. We offer accommodation for 10 people. In the 'white part' here are three spacious floors with 140 m2. On the ground floor there is kitchen,dining room,gym and laundry and on the first floor there is living room an one bedroom.On second floor there is two bedrooms. The 'brown part' has two bedroom,kitchen,living room,bathroom and toilet.

- Home PANDZA - in Omiš with 3 bedrooms for up to 7 people. Located on a 10 minute walk to the beach & at ideal distance from the city centre for a relaxing holiday. Great for families. There is also a large indoors kitchen, living room and 3 bathrooms. With a private pool you also have a lovely and open wide terrace and garden, large table with 2 benches for spending your time, a fireplace (BBQ) outside and a private fireplace (BBQ) indoors next to the additional kitchen.
