Perched on a hilltop with Amazing Views, Our place is walking distance from CSU of Fullerton and Fullerton Arboretum. We are located off the 57 fwy and a 20 min drive to Disneyland! It is a tiny cottage with modern amenities and although the cottage is detached from the main home, there is a cottage directly below, where you may hear noise if occupied. You may never see us, but available if needed. Enjoy a tranquil space with sounds of morning birds, outdoor fountains and a dog!

Sunny Days is a beautiful and spacious 600 sq. ft. studio apartment with private entrance. You'll love the bright and airy space, complete with 10-foot ceilings! Welcome to 1919 Spanish Casita (guesthouse) at Ranchito de Ramona (original name of the property)! It was finished in 2020 (built from the ground up) and has a main room, kitchenette, one bedroom and a full bath. The kitchenette is equipped with a small dishwasher, electric range with an induction cooktop (with an air fryer feature), microwave and refrigerator. This is the most charming tiny studio cottage with separate entrance, and a private brick patio in a family friendly neighborhood in Sunny Hills Fullerton, and is a short drive to great restaurants, and lots of activities including Disneyland and Knotts Berry Farm.
