King/Queen Bungalow w/ porch | central vibey area

Our 1920's historic home is nestled in a quiet neighborhood just a few blocks from everything. The ColonialTown North district of Orlando (also called Mills/50) is a vibrant, central area with exceptional walkability to grocery stores, a trendy bar scene, LOTS of coffee and boba options, foodie restaurants and casual late night eats. When you're ready, retreat to our porch swing and watch the sunset reflect off the trees. We lived in this space for four years and left it just as we crafted it.

Parent's Retreat!

Whether working in the area, visiting your student or catching a UCF Sporting event. This pet friendly "Parent's Retreat" is just what you're looking for. Located less than 2 miles from campus. this apartment is a great place to land at the end of the day. Kitchen includes microwave, fridge, coffee maker and air fryer. This 380 sq ft newly remodeled mother-in-law suite has private entrance, patio and yard. Suite is completely closed off from the house and has keyless locks for easy check in.

Rural Home Near the Springs

Relax with the family in this peaceful home under trees and blue sky. You'll hear roosters crow in the morning. It is - 6 minutes to a grocery store, - 12 minutes to Rock Springs or Wekiva Springs, - 15 minutes to the Lake Apopka Wildlife Drive and - 30 to 45 minutes to the major theme parks, depending on traffic, - 4 minute bike ride to the West Orange Trail which runs for 22 miles. NO PARTIES OR EVENTS TWO VEHICLES MAXIMUM (If you need to park more than two vehicles, talk to us first.)

Whether you're coming to Orlando for adventure at one of the theme parks, or a little R&R, the Cozy Cottage is the perfect place. It's charming, quiet and nestled in our back garden with a stock tank pool in College Park, in The city of Orlando. Winter Park, Rollins college, lou gardens, Orlando Science Center, Advent Heath, Orlando health, Dr. Phillips center, Ivanhoe, lake eola, camping world stadium and the Kia center, are all in the immediate area. UCF, Full Sail and Florida Central too.

If you are looking for a private space close to the heart of downtown, you found it! This cute mid-century modern guesthouse has everything you need. Enjoy the full kitchen, shower, and outdoor space. You will have an outdoor seating area where you can enjoy a meal or just the relaxing sounds of the fountain. Share the quiet backyard and pool with your hosts. Half was between Disney & the beaches. 12 years & older only. Sofa extends to a single bed. Minutes from Interstate-4. NOT a heated pool. Wheelchairs are fine. Driveway Entry gate 39"- Breezeway to Ramp entrance 32"- Slider Entrance 33"-Bedroom door 35"-Shower (no step) 35"-Laundry 32"-Closet 35"-Queen bed 29"-standard cabinets. We are not Handicap Certified but most wheelchair guests have not had issues. Grab bars are in the bathroom.

Nature Unique lake view Tiny Guest studio

Tiny Guest house studio with separate entrance for privacy and amazing Lake view. Unlimited rental of 2 Blue kayaks included during stay!! Walking distace from windixie supermarket, downtown lake Mary, restaurants, shopping centers, entertainment and dunking Donuts. Common areas outside studio are shared. Property is at lake Mary across Country club, close to Sanford, Boombah Sports, Orlando Fl. 30 min to Daytona Beach. Near Wekiva springs. To go to Disney, easy access to I-4 and 4-17.

Orlando, spacious, quiet, centrally located, suite

This suite includes private entrance, living room, kitchen with utensils and cookware, one bedroom with king bed and private bath. Third and fourth persons may be accommodated with recliner that lays flat into a queen-size bed in living room. Also a queen size air mattress and portacrib is available. Excellent location for Disney, Universal, SeaWorld, and beaches. Approx. 35 min. to Disney; 27 min. to Universal; 23 min. to convention center; 45 min. to beach; and 35 min. to Airport.
