With a touch of Tolkien, relax in this story book home. Set high upon a dragonfly filled knoll overlooking a pond. Watch the birds, deer,and wild turkeys roam from out the large circular glass moon door. Step outside onto the veranda and take a dip in the wooden barrel hot tub. Stroll the 27-acrewoods and sip tea by the glass mosaic fireplace. Crawl into the cozy bednook and read a book written by JRR Tolkien. Enjoy the silence and the sounds of nature as you've found your fantasy getaway.

Located within Oceanside, Oregon, 9 miles west of Tillamook. This oceanfront duplex is called Heart of The Hill because it is located right in the middle of Oceanside. The duplex has two rental studios one on top of the other, with a laundry room basement. Amazing up-close views of sand and surf including the Three Arch Rocks from every floor. Just stroll to the beach and restaurant and downtown in only a few minutes. Each unite offers a full kitchen, bath, propane fireplace, and private decks.

Conveniently located on Highway 42 with easy access to Winston, the Wildlife Safari and Roseburg (10 - 15 minutes) to the east and the Oregon coast-Coos Bay and Bandon (just 1.5 hours) to the west.

Come and enjoy a quiet and relaxing stay where you can put your feet up and unwind inside of our beautiful 100 year old quaint cottage, or enjoy the gorgeous private scenery and wildlife surrounding it. Many which include a variety of birds, deer, our residential goats, pig, horses, bunnies, and our seasonal pond with mallards and frogs. Relax at Porcupine Cottage. 600 sq foot cottage on the Trask River 15 miles from town. 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom, (1 queen bed, and a twin sleeper sofa in living room. Kitchen has a full size refrigerator, microwave, griddle, countertop oven and dbl hotplate. Fire pit in the meadow. Access to the river for swimming/fishing is across our meadow and down a steep trail. Starlink internet/Wifi. No landline phone. No AC but evenings are cool. STVR#851-17-000020

Relax and unwind at this lovely 1930’s cottage. Recently remodeled, but still has that cottage charm. Spacious studio with great views of Netarts Bay, comfy queen bed, twin fold out, modern kitchenette. Shared wall has been sound proofed. You’re just a short walk down the stairs to the bay, or you can relax sitting in chairs out front. Perfect spot to watch the pelicans and herons or catch a beautiful sunset.

The Riverview Cottage is a little slice of heaven. Unbelievable views from every window; even on a rainy day, you'll catch yourself frittering away the time staring up river, or at the surrounding coast range mountains. Truly heaven on earth. This is the place to get away from technology and reconnect with nature. The Cottage is one of three houses on the property, and can sleep up to four people.
