Our surf style cabin may be small, but the large windows with views of the bay, ocean and coastal forests allow for lots of light to flood the space. Just a short walk to the beach, shops and near some of Northern Oregon’s best surf breaks. The Woodlands Hideout

The Woodlands Hideout is a small intentional semi-offgrid retreat space, featured on Dwell. It was designed and built by Further Society and created to allow guests to immerse in the beauty of the natural world, but still offer some cozy and more essential comforts. Although the footprint of the space is small, we designed the experience to be outward focussed, so it feels very expansive with the towering pine trees in view.

Heartland Treehouse is perched between two massive fir trees overlooking a steep river canyon. Sounds of a nearby waterfall will soothe you to bed at night and gently wake you in the morning. My home is a short walk or drive away and I will be happy to help guide your adventure on Oregon's South Coast.
