There is a public park within 1 mile that features a swimming pool and splash pad. There’s a variety of restaurants, bars, and shopping centers in the immediate area. Catalina State Park offers hiking and biking. This is an active equestrian property!

We have spent hours biking throughout Oro Valley’s many miles of safe and scenic biking routes and hiking challenging mountain trails at nearby Catalina State Park.

Time Capsule is a unique experience in an space age module dropped in the middle of an 11 acres desert sanctuary and sculpture park, adjacent to the Saguaro National Park. Enjoy the quietness of the desert in a safe environment located at just 35 minutes from downtown Tucson. Because of the refinement of the interior design we cannot accept any pet, service animal, nor children in the Time Capsule. Please note that check in is in person only and not later than 10:00PM. No exception!

Cool off in pool (rarely used by us), use outside patio (where cooking station is located, there's no kitchen in the casita). Min. from I-10 & stellar Tucson Biking Loop!!

Saguaro Courtyard Retreat near National Park

If you love nature this casita is just for you. Located 15 minutes from downtown and only a few minutes from stunning hiking and mountain biking trails in the National Park. The property is very much like a botanical garden with fruit trees filling up the back and a wide variety of succulents filling the front. The casita has its own private porch while the property shares two large communal patios with outdoor dining and a fire pit.
