Holiday appartment in Oberammergau

Our flat was renovated in March 2013. You can expect a bright and modern living room with space for up to three people. The kitchenette is equipped with a dish-washer, stove, coffee/espresso maker, micro-wave, kettle, toaster, fridge and sink. The bathroom has a shower, sink and toilet. The bed room is on the first floor and offers a cozy double bed as well as a flat-screen TV with DVD-player. There is also a private terrace attached to the flat, with sunlight for almost the entire day as well as a garden. The house is built entirely of native wood and offers a particularly healthy living comfort. About Oberammergau: The small town of Oberammergau is located in the Bavarian Alps. It hosts the famous Oberammergau Passion Play every ten years. Much of its charme is due to the village's historical colourful houses ('Lüftlmalerei'). But Oberammergau is also an active community: a cinema, a theatre, a few museums and a variety of cafés and restaurants make Oberammergau a nice place to live. You can also easily reach the famous castles of Linderhof and Neuschwanstein (by car it will take you 15 or 45 min respectively to reach the castles). The Ettal Abbey is about 2 miles/4 km from Oberammergau, and you can walk or cycle there. In the winter, the Bavarian Alps are a skiing region. Oberammergau offers ski lifts for amateurs and pros alike. Garmisch-Partenkirchen (20 min by car) is Germany's largest ski ressort. We are member of the Königscard initiative, which means that you will be able to use the swimming pools, ski lifts, museums and many other activities (including boat tours, guided tours in the snow, theatre plays...) in Oberammergau and the entire region (Tirol, Ammergauer Alpen, Blaues Land, Allgäu) for free! There is more information available on the Königscard website which you can easily find with a search engine. This is a great offer for anyone who would like to make the most of their holiday and is entirely for free for you!

Ein großes Schlaf- und Esszimmer, von dem die kleine Küche und das neu renovierte Badezimmer abgehen. 1,40 m Bett, kleiner Schreibtisch, Fernseher (nur über Internet) und Wlan. Neues Bad mit bodenebener Dusche und viel Platz. Komplett ausgestattete Küche mit Herd, Ofen, Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach, Mikrowelle, Spülmaschine, Nespresso Maschine etc. Ein Parkplatz gehört nicht zu der Wohnung dazu. Es gibt aber zwei Straßen weiter ein öffentliches Parkhaus (Burgstraße 20) für ca. 20 Euro pro Tag.

Zudem gibt es einen Freisitz zum entspannen im anschließenden Waldstück, dass auch zu der Wohnung gehört. Das Auto kann in der Tiefgarage abgestellt werden. Ein Fußweg führt in 10 Minuten zum See und zur Strandpromenade
