This houseboat is 180m2 and situated in a magical spot. You stay in a green area, but still conveniently located when you want to see the main Amsterdam attractions. Being moored south of the central part of the city, you reach within 10 minutes by bike the busy streets of A'dam with all its facilities. Nearest public transport is a 18 min. walk. To reach the houseboat you first have a short path through the woods leading to its garden in front of the houseboat. it is our own boat where we live.

Vlakbij Amsterdam en rustig gelegen. Gratis parkeren, verbinding via bus en metro of tram op 200 meter van het huis. De omgeving biedt restaurants en recreatiemogelijkheden, zoals een buitenzwembad, een natuurgebied en strandje binnen 2km gelegen.

Apartment with unique designer features, and a peaceful semi-wild garden by the water. Spacious bedroom with beautiful ensuite bath - perfect for relaxing after exploring the city. Conveniently located - just 10 mins by metro to the centre, and 12 mins by direct train from Schiphol. There is also free on-street parking available next to the apartment building. We are a couple from the UK and Greece originally, and we rent our apartment while traveling. NOTE: There is no TV at present.

A'dam Good Story, A relaxed place away from home

A'dam Good Story! On the 2nd and 3rd floor of my home I created an affordable place to stay. Comfortable and clean for friends & families. What you see is what you get. I live in a quiet, residential neighbourhood and perfect for like minded people. The metro to the city runs until around 00:15, not ideal for nightcrawlers. A really nice appartment At the city border of Amsterdam. Very spaceous and clean! Fully equiped with sunny balcony with sunscreens, washmachine/dryer, dishwasher/microwave etc Free Parking!!!!! WIFI Little shoppingcenter with supermarket/drugstore/NYpizza at 200 meter. City center = 10 min walk to the Metro that brings you in 6 min to the heart of the city!! Also RAI, Arena(ajax),Ziggodome is really close. Very simple connection to the airport! Towels/shampoo incl. 2 bedrooms

“Kruithuis aan de Amstel” ligt vlakbij Amsterdam, een sfeervol, authentiek pand. Zeer geschikt voor families en zakelijke reizigers. Gratis parkeren, op 15 minuten rijden vanaf vliegveld Schiphol. Conferentiecentrum RAI en de Ziggo Dome om de hoek. Het Kruithuis is gelegen in een historisch pand dat in 1918 werd gebouwd voor de opslag van munitie. Geniet van de natuur, de rust en de rivier de Amstel. Op slechts 15 min rijden/20 min fietsen van bruisend Amsterdam.

On the ground floor there is a spacious living room with TV, fully equipped kitchen and toilet. Via the stairs you reach the spacious bedroom on the first floor and a bathroom with walk-in shower, sink and toilet. Furthermore, the house offers ample storage options for a longer stay.
