This houseboat is 180m2 and situated in a magical spot. You stay in a green area, but still conveniently located when you want to see the main Amsterdam attractions. Being moored south of the central part of the city, you reach within 10 minutes by bike the busy streets of A'dam with all its facilities. Nearest public transport is a 18 min. walk. To reach the houseboat you first have a short path through the woods leading to its garden in front of the houseboat. it is our own boat where we live.

A really nice appartment At the city border of Amsterdam. Very spaceous and clean! Fully equiped with sunny balcony with sunscreens, washmachine/dryer, dishwasher/microwave etc Free Parking!!!!! WIFI Little shoppingcenter with supermarket/drugstore/NYpizza at 200 meter. City center = 10 min walk to the Metro that brings you in 6 min to the heart of the city!! The cottage is located on the river Amstel, only 15 minutes by car and 20 minutes by bike from the vibrant center of Amsterdam. The cottage overlooks meadows on all sides. The house is best of both worlds - it's a private summer house next to a small organic farm, but it's modern. Located at the river Amstel, follow it hiking, cycling or by car and you end up in the historic centre of Amsterdam. Great for families and groups of friends. Our house is ideal to visit Amsterdam from for a long weekend or holiday. It's located in the old centre of Ouderkerk aan de Amstel, with shops and supermarket just down the road. Nice restaurants and terraces on the river are around the corner. Ouderkerk aan de Amstel has many nice cycling routes in the area. Amsterdam is reachable with public transport (30 minutes), bicycle (40 minutes) or by car (15 minutes).
