Our cottage is small, cozy, and very relaxing. Whether you are kicking back watching the tube or paddling around the pond you will feel right at home and may not want to leave. This tiny cottage nestled in Mark Twain National Forest with beautiful views and a nearby lake. The place is a great couple getaway from a busy life to a cozy house in the woods, with one queen bed, sleeper sofa, with a full kitchen, bathroom, washer and dryer are all included. Several local restaurants nearby and plenty of activities that you can enjoy, either go biking at Dogwood canyon, enjoy Table Rock lake, or simply spend a day at Top of The Rock all within minutes from the cottage.

Sunset cottage is lakefront and lake view. Enjoy the water just a few steps away, or while sitting on your own personal deck. Hot tub with lake view on your deck. Cottage is one minute to Cricket Creek marina/State park, 10 minutes to Big Cedar Lodge/Top of the Rock, and 20 minutes to Branson amenities. 15 miles to world class golfing. Some venues seasonal.

Cozy Cottage is just 10 minutes from Branson's famous strip, Silver Dollar City, The Branson Landing, shopping and restaurants. Cozy Cottage is one of FIVE units at Sunset Hills Cottages. Located rurally (3 miles south of Chanute, Ks), we are listed as one of the top ten attractions with numerous flower beds, a historic 1874 stone schoolhouse, a Retail Soap Shop located in a restored barn (handcrafted soaps are made here on site), and the Summit Hill Gardens Event Center- for hosting celebrations of life.
