The ground floor of the house will be yours with its large private bedroom suite, living room/bar, outdoor patio and large backyard. (Please note that there is no kitchen.)

Your rate will then be $400 for night, plus $90 cleaning fee, plus Airbnb fees and City occupancy fees based on a higher nightly

Quaint Half Moon Bay is a couple of miles south, San Francisco is 20 miles north.
