Mikoko Villa

Tropical modernism and Swahili heritage merge in this 5 bedroom serviced villa located on the coast of Zanzibar, 4 km south of Jambiani. Built on a beautiful coral stone beach, we offer a sense of exclusive seclusion, only a few minutes drive from Jambiani. Our luxury villa guarantees full privacy and comfort of a real home on a 2500 sq meter property, offered with a chef, villa manager and daily housekeeping. You have exclusive use of two pools, large tropical garden, and a yoga/gym space.

KoMe beach house with backup generators located at Jambiani, one of the most beautiful beaches on the island, with miles of deep white sand. KIMA Zanzibar-TINGA Duplex, 1st line beach, pool❤

Our property has a privileged location directly on the white sand beach of Bwejuu, overlooking the Indian Ocean and the surrounding coconut trees. Private, spacious duplex condo with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen and living room. Private shaded terrace with outdoor sofa and dining table. Breakfast included, a la carte menu and butler service are a plus very much appreciated by our guests. Rent as a whole by request, depending on availability. Shared pool on the premises, only steps away.

Spacious Studio Suite in Private Home

Our studio suite (the entire lower floor of our home) is only a one-minute walk to beautiful Paje Beach! It consists of a very spacious air-conditioned room with comfortable beds for up to 4 people, a dining area/workspace, and a large private bathroom with hot water. There is also a well-equipped kitchenette space with a gas ring, microwave, fridge - everything needed to prepare a simple meal. The private patio has a table and chairs overlooking our pool and large enclosed tropical garden.

Asali beach house

Asali beach house is a four bedroom house on the beach with a breathtaking view of the Indian ocean in the peaceful village of jambiani. Views of the white sandy beach can be enjoyed from every room in the house. Guests will also enjoy a swimming pool in the comfort of their own private courtyard. Services include a house manager, daily cleaning, chef, laundry, free WiFi. Airport transfer available at extra charge. Paje which is world renowned for kite surfing is 2 km from the house.

Mbao Beach Studio, SeaView Best position!

Private and cozy, the Studio is situated at the 1st floor of a beach house, with ocean view and private entrance. It has a big terrace overlooking the beach and the ocean, perfect to enjoy a cup of coffee while watching the sunrise in the morning. Bedroom, bathroom with hot water and kitchen, are all private. Free unlimited WiFi. A restaurant is 2 steps from the house, and small shops for groceries are in walking distance. Airport pick -up and drop-off (extra charge)
