Una camera singola ed altri due bagni.Una terrazza di fronte al golfo di Mondello vista sul mare, attrezzata con salottino,zona pranzo e area fitness. Ideale per assaporare i vostri momenti di relax godendovi il panorama sul mare e tramonti da sogno.

Immersa in un bel giardino, con un'ampia piscina e solarium, Villa Lucia è adatta per adulti e giovani e si presta anche ad una vacanza invernale, essendo munita di impianto di riscaldamento. La casa consta di una sala giorno con camino e una cucina abitale, ben fornita; al piano terra ci sono due camere da letto e un bagno con doccia, al piano superiore vi è un'altra stanza da letto con bagno in camera. Inoltre ci sono tre ampi patii in due esposizioni diverse ben arredati.

Mondello Pool & Suite is a vacation home in a villa with a large garden. 3 min driving (8 minutes walk) from the beach, 20 min from the airport and 15 min from the city center, it's the perfect place to spend your summer holidays and visit Palermo. The house consists of bedroom, bathroom and kitchen, living room with sofa bed and the common outdoor areas consist of garden, swimming pool and solarium, outdoor shower, kitchenette and outdoor dining area.
