Wake up to a beautiful panoramic view of the river. Our house is on the riverfront with a patio overlooking the river, mountains & private community beach. What makes this home stand out is its open floor plan & location. There are 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, a laundry room, buoys for your boat & a launch ramp just steps away. There is parking for 2 cars ONLY. Sorry but other cars/trailers must be parked at the public launch ramp or off site. Come relax & make some fun memories on the river! CHEERS!

Located on the 4th floor, it offers easy access to the lakefront via a short walk down the stairs, take a stroll on the boardwalk that leads to the London Bridge & Rotary Park. The condo is gated & provides garage parking, as well as limited spots for boat parking in the gated area. It's important to note that parking your boat on the beach past 11PM is prohibited by the city.

Pahaska River House

This house is about 5 minutes away from Big River launch ramp and park area. A bit more shallow then the Blue Water Casino launch but great for jet skis or shallow hulled boats. Its very cozy with great AC and a nice view of the wash which flows into the river. Downtown Parker is about 15 minutes from the house and Parker strip another 15. A day pass for Big River is available. Please be respectful of the neighbors. Enjoy the Colorado River!
