Just minutes away from the heart of Cedar City the Festival City and Brian Head the home of wonderful skiing. Several close national/state parks are at your finger tip with their amazing beauty. THE BEDS: are one King, twin rollaway, twin flip out mattress, queen blow up mattress. Sofa is not a pull out.

Hobbit Cottage

Located between Zion NP, Bryce Canyon, Cedar Breaks, Kannarra Falls and Brian Head ski resort. This unique custom-built cottage is a Lord of the Rings hot spot! 5 minute drive from historic downtown, Near Three Peaks recreation area. This is a safe, cozy spot to rest from your adventures. Plenty of close hiking, dining, Shakespeare festivals, shops, yoga studios, lakes, streams and the beauty of all 4 seasons. It's nestled in the back yard. The yard is shared with guests from Middle Earth rental

★The Barn at The Family Farm★

We bought this little 5-acre piece of heaven in 2018 and wanted to share our dream with the world. We have remodeled our barn for a comfortable and unique place for our guests. The Barn at the Family Farm is located just outside Cedar City, Utah in Enoch. It sits in a quiet country setting with amazing sunsets and plenty of "dark sky" to see the stars. When you're not out enjoying our little hobby farm, there are lots of amenities inside to make your stay safe, comfortable and unforgettable.

The Cottage at Skyview Manor, 20 min to Brian Head

Escape the hustle and bustle in this newly renovated private studio unit. Whether you are passing through, skiing at Brian Head Resort, or visiting Zion or Bryce National park, you'll love this central location. Located at the base of the canyon, this is a peaceful retreat with an unrestricted view of the mountains. The completion of Skyview Manor (the main home) will be ready just in time for ski season and can sleep up to 16 comfortably. Both the manor and cottage can be booked toghether.

Quiet Mountain Retreat between Zion and Bryce NP

Enjoy this quiet year round mountain retreat in the perfect central location for all of your Southern Utah outdoor adventures! With garage parking, a private entrance and a view of trees, deer and wild turkeys strolling through the yard. This apartment has everything you will need for a week or weekend. Queen memory foam bed, twin memory foam bed sofa, microwave, refrigerator and Kuerig. Your friendly hosts will be available with local information regarding skiing, hiking, biking and more!

The Bunkhouse

Get away from it all when you stay in a fun, renovated outbuilding on a farm. Enjoy lots of open space and nature on 20 acres. Access to trails for ATV's, horses, and biking. Amenities include a fire pit with firewood provided where you can enjoy roasting marshmallows and hotdogs. Located near Cedar City where you can be a part of the festivals provided by the city. Located near several national parks including Zion, Bryce and Grand Canyon. We also have a corral for horse boarding.
