Our renovated historic cottage is surrounded by the best restaurants, shops and tasting rooms. While only 100 steps to Il Cortile for dinner or Spearhead Coffee for a latte, the space remains quiet and private! This original carriage house is a turn of the century building and has a peek a boo wall into the original barn door which is still in place! The fenced yard has a brick patio, seating for six, and a grape trellis. Kids under 2 don't count towards occupancy limit. Tax included in price!

The Ivy House is an 800 sq ft beautifully decorated home that sits on 5.5 acres used as a venue. It gives the feel of being out in the country but so close to relaxation and fun. Located 4.2 miles from downtown Paso Robles. Guests love the property has a security gate and a private Tesla charging station. Your front view is looking out across an award-winning vineyard. Wildlife and Wine

Quiet location, situated on a hilltop with ranch and vineyard views. Close to several tasting rooms. Wonderful location if you enjoy wildlife. There are cottontails in the yard, deer come to drink at the water trough and 107 bird species have been seen on the property. The yard is fenced so your pets will be safe. We provide pods for the Keurig coffee maker as well as creamer, sugar, artificial sweetener and tea. There is a microwave, toaster, Mr. Coffee and a gas barbecue for your use also.

On the large deck one can sip on a glass of wine watching the sunset or sip on a cup of coffee to watch the sunrise.

Spectacular wine country views' comfortable 2 bedroom modular cottage with full kitchen and comfortable furniture. Very quiet, close to dozens of winery's and only 15 minutes to downtown Paso Robles. Beautiful trees and garden shared by our Victorian home. Our top of the hill location is great for stargazing. One added feature our pet Bison Aleshanee and Halona! Both Bison have unique personalities that fit their names.
