The unique Blackberry House is nestled among oak trees in the historical quaint town of Templeton. This tiny home is privately tucked away on two acres in its own cozy corner. The 300 sq ft two-story floor plan is truly one of a kind. The separate downstairs offers a cozy sitting room with a TV, comfy chairs, a desk, and a kitchenette. Maverick Hill Ranch Farm Stay

Come and spend the night in our little red barn. This special place is close to everything, making it easy to plan your visit. Our little barn has a small kitchenette, a large king size bed and a rustic bathroom. We have also included a cool corduroy bean bag that converts into a full size mattress. The room includes a large TV with Netflix and prime, Kurig coffee maker, a variety of teas, outdoor patio with a fire pit. On the property we have horses, cats, chickens and many dogs.
