The Rock Loft on the Historic Adelaida Wine Trail

Stoke a wood-burning stove tucked into a corner where a rock wall forms an entire side of the house. This rustic aesthetic is reflected in stained timber floors and a concrete kitchen island, as well as corrugated metal used as a building material. The 1 bederoom loft style home has just been fully remodeled. We opened up the space to create a truly unique experience. The back of the home is exposed to the 20 foot original rock retaining wall. Guest have access to the entire house plus, outside gathering area and a long paved driveway that is great for a stroll - you can even hike to the hilltop for a peak of the Paso Robles rolling hills. There are pastures in front of the house that is currently home to our Texas Longhorn Ladies and the new baby. They can be viewed from the drive way and may get close if you offer them a snack. We don't live on the property, but there is a caretaker located on the grounds that can be reached for emergencies. We are located only a few minutes away if you need anything else, please feel free to call or text. The Loft is on a 16-acre property at the start of the Adelaida Road Wine Trail. Immediate neighboring wineries and businesses include Mt. Olive Organic Farm, Alta Colina Winery, Re:Fine Distillery, Wild Coyote Estate Winery and Daou Winery! We have another larger vacation rental on the property, please inquire if you are interested in booking both homes or if you have any other questions. Bathroom has a full size shower, no bath. Kitchen includes a coffee maker, coffee, creamer, gas stove-top with oven, with a variety of pans, toaster, and microwave. Pellet stove for heat, no air condition but plenty of ceiling fans.

Located on a hill near well-known wineries is Magnolia Vineyard Wine Makers Cottage. There are expansive views from the deck overlooking our Vineyard, oak-studded hillside, and city lights beyond. This remodeled barn offers complete privacy yet is only eight minutes from downtown Paso Robles. This charming 3 bedroom, 2 bath outfitted with fine linens, and all the essentials. On the large deck one can sip on a glass of wine watching the sunset or sip on a cup of coffee to watch the sunrise.

This home is an easy short walk to the Downtown Square, making it perfectly located near popular restaurants, wine-tasting, and shopping. Unplug and relax while enjoying the quiet beauty of the country on 3 acres of fenced, gated property. Keurig, Mid-sized fridge w/Freezer, BBQ & Microwave. Robes, Luxurious Towels & Linens, Black-out blinds, Queen size bed and wall mounted TV with free 40mbps WiFi. Our 450sf Cozy Cabin is unattached from our main home and has it's own parking and entrance.

This place is magical. Seven private acres with 360 degree views are surrounded by vineyards which can be seen through most windows. On property, depending on the season, you will find apples, pears, peaches, cherries, figs, loquats, persimmons, pomegranates, pecans, chestnuts, and several grape varieties. The outdoor space includes a wrap-around covered patio, outdoor dining, multiple sitting areas, fire pits, swings, games, and outdoor cooking. It is truly one of a kind.

Welcome to our beautiful home! This home began as a project and a dream for us starting in 2017 finishing in 2020. The 3 bedroom 3 full bath home is complete with the simplicity of a ranch style house and the modern amenities of a newly built home, including a custom coffee maker, full range stove, large kitchen island. Sitting on three acres within the middle of wine country, the views from the wrap around porch are enough to make one want to stay at the house all day.

Historic 1919 carriage house

The J Birdsall Banker property was developed from 1917 to 1919. The carriage house was constructed in 1919 and converted into housing during the housing shortage of World War 11 We have always referred to it as the honey moon suite because so many couples have lived there over the last 65 years. Couples still sometimes still stop to look and share old memories The carriage house was recently upgraded with all new interiors and is comfortably furnished

Bison Ridge

Spectacular wine country views' comfortable 2 bedroom modular cottage with full kitchen and comfortable furniture. Very quiet, close to dozens of winery's and only 15 minutes to downtown Paso Robles. Beautiful trees and garden shared by our Victorian home. Our top of the hill location is great for stargazing. One added feature our pet Bison Aleshanee and Halona! Both Bison have unique personalities that fit their names.
