Access to the local market of the island such as supermarket,bakery,post office,pharmacy,banks etc...as well as the port in the area of SKALA is only 3.7 km away.

Το διαμέρισμα βρίσκεται στον όροφο διώροφου κτίσματος τεσσάρων διαμερισμάτων συνολικά με κοινόχρηστο κήπο και βεράντα.Στον όροφο υπάρχει ακόμα ένα διαμέρισμα και άλλα δύο στο ισόγειο.Στην βεράντα υπάρχουν δύο σετ τραπεζαρίας εξωτερικού χώρου ,το ένα εκ των οποίων ανήκει στο διαμέρισμα. Ήσυχη γειτονιά ,δέκα λεπτά περίπου από το κέντρο της Σκάλας και 5 λεπτά από την κοντινότερη παραλία.Πολύ κοντά στο σπίτι υπάρχει δημόσιο παρκινγκ, φούρνος και super market.Επίσης καφέ και εστιατόρια.
