Stoneridge Ranch’s name came from previous owner & isn’t currently a ranch. It is something off the beaten path for some peace & quiet. We’re tucked away in the beautiful Black Hills only 30min from Rapid City & several local attractions: Mt Rushmore, Reptile Gardens, Bear Country, Needles Highway, Rushmore Caves + many more. Opportunities to see plenty of wildlife(deer/turkeys), our horse, pony, 2 dogs & 2 cats. Walk/runners take advantage of the gravel/paved roads for a lovely stroll.

The Hills Hütte on Terry Peak

The Hills Hütte on Terry Peak is a quaint 2 bedroom 1 bath space with large vaulted ceilings for an airy, spacious feel. This newer build is situated with panoramic views from the front porch while you sip your coffee and meditate. Just minutes to the ski resort and direct access to off road trails, this property is sure to please anyone's adventurous side, no matter the season! The Cabin at Crow Peak

The Cabin at Crow Peak is hidden within the treeline and the edge of the rocky cliffs of Higgins Gulch. Relax in the private hot tub and outdoor seating. Have your choice of using the grill and either propane or wood buring fire pit on the wraparound deck. Explore the wild life reserve just adjacent to the property for hiking or hunting. There is a micro wedding ceremony location on the opposite side of the property too. Please contact us to see if we can accommodate additional guests.

Mid-Century Modern Living in the Black Hills

Upper two levels of my four level mid-century modern home with private entrances! Located in a quiet cul-de-sac near the foothills of the Black Hills and ~10 min from downtown Rapid City. This property features ample living space, a fully equipped kitchen with complimentary breakfast, plenty of natural light and a spacious back yard. It includes two bedrooms and one bathroom. I live on the completely separated lower levels of the home so you can enjoy the upper levels all to yourself!

Deadwood's 1899 Inn: Cottage Suite East

This newly-renovated private cottage at Deadwood's 1899 Inn has two queen bedrooms with comfy memory foam mattresses, a bathroom with a jetted bathtub, a full kitchen, dining area, and a living room with internet-connected TV. There's a covered front porch with views of the pine-covered hills that surround Deadwood. Bedrooms have A/C. A short 15 minute walk to downtown. A $250 cleaning fee will be added for bachelor and bachelorette parties, and other events hosted in the cottages.

Attached to a working barn, this unique stay lets you feed Highlander cattle, relax by a fire pit with vintage wagon picnic tables, and access nearby ATV trails. Sleeps four with full kitchen, bath, loft, and pull-out couch, perfect for unplugging and experiencing authentic ranch life. For safety reasons, we are unable to host children under the age of six.
