This home is not US standard. It is a typical Panama style home, with no serious frills except the King size bed and hot water. This is a budget (very simple) accommodation. There are plenty of luxurious places in town, but very few budget oriented places. Ideal for a couple (or two!) that wants a little more space and more natural surroundings than a hotel room can provide, or who would like more privacy than a hostel can provide. This is not suited to families with children under age 12.

At the same time, the house is secluded in a private development “Quinta Sol y Mar” in order to have privacy away from the rest of the community. The exclusive and gorgeous house was distinctively planned by the owners to enjoy quality family time.
