Standard Double bed super-comfortable, w/ footboard. Futon also available. TV, WiFi. Bathroom with shower/ tub. Off-street parking. I've stated "no pets" but may be flexible. Fairfax Getaway in the Redwoods

This lovely little private studio is located on the lower level of our 3-story home in a magical redwood grove in Fairfax, California. The unit has a cozy Murphy bed, kitchenette, dishwasher, and bathroom with a large shower. Enjoy a private outdoor deck and patio surrounded by redwoods. There are two sweet cats on the premises. They don’t hang out in the unit but they love to visit guests and may occasionally enter the unit.

Comfortable quiet studio in historic Petaluma neighborhood,within 15 minutes walking distance to downtown with more than 50 restaurants and bars, a brewery, small stores, the Petaluma River. Medium sized fridge with small freezer, microwave, coffee maker, electric kettle, Brita filter, dishes, mugs, glasses, silverware. I will do your dishes for you. Great for working remotely, with high quality office chair and good lighting.

Family Friendly Central Petaluma Studio

Our studio is only a few blocks from the heart of Petaluma. The Theatre District, Petaluma Market, and a myriad of local restaurants are all a 10 to 15 minute walk from your doorstep. We have two kids of our own (3 and 4) and we've set up the space to be comfortable for families traveling. There is ample space for everyone to spread out with a queen bed, 2 full size futons, and a crib included in the space.
