The perfect home that's close to everything! The ocean is just a 3-minute walk at the end of the street. If you want to spend the day at a gorgeous beach, Popham is just a 10-minute drive. The Town Wharf is a short walk from the house and a great place to go fishing! Golf is a 2-minute drive over at the famous Sebasco Harbor Resort (open to the public!). Anna's Water Edge Restaurant, where you can eat lobster and clams while overlooking the ocean (Hello, Maine!), is a ten minute walk. FUN!

The Cottage

Welcome to the Cottage, a charming home nestled in the heart of Bath, Maine, perfectly located near coastal towns, beaches, and hiking trails! This cozy retreat features a welcoming living area, a fully equipped kitchen, and three comfortably furnished bedrooms. Enjoy your morning coffee from the dining room window seat or unwind at the end of the day in front of the fire pit on the front patio. NOTE: Cottage is attached to the owner's residence, but complete privacy will be given/respected.

With panoramic views and the ocean just steps away, you won’t forget this one of a kind experience. Tucked away in the hidden gem of Camp Ellis, you’ll enjoy a lively beach scene in the summer and a tranquil retreat in the off season. Just a short trip away to Old Orchard Beach and 30 min to Portland you’ll never be in need of fun activities.

Perched atop the Coast of the Atlantic Ocean

Enjoy sweeping vistas of the Atlantic Ocean from this 2002 home perched among spruce trees above the rocky coast. Watch for bald eagles and seals. Fall asleep to the sound of crashing waves. Walk down to the edge of the ocean to lounge or picnic. The intrepid visitor can scramble along the shore. Walk 6 minutes or drive the 0.1 miles to the park entrance. Hike the Little River Trail. The house has vaulted ceilings, panoramic views, fully equipped kitchen, and whirlpool bath.

Maine Tide House Overlooking Kennebec River

Steps from the Kennebec river, the Maine Tide house has sweeping water views that change as the tide moves in and out. Bright, open, and airy, the 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home can accommodate six people. Fully furnished with modern and comfortable decor, the home is situated in northern Phippsburg - 5 minutes to downtown Bath, 20 to Popham beach, 15 to Brunswick, and 40 to Boothbay Harbor. Two desks w/ monitors, outdoor seating with a grill, and stocked kitchen make it the perfect getaway.

Little Cottage on the Kennebec

77 Washington is tucked along the shores of the Kennebec River in Bath. Centrally located along the coast between Boothbay Harbor and Freeport, both of which are about 30 min drive. We are adjacent to the South End Boat Launch, your portal to the open ocean! The cottage is just a short walk to the Maine Maritime Museum and only 15 miles from both Popham Beach State Park and Reid State Park. Master bedroom has private balcony and first floor offers cute galley kitchen and screened porch.

Gorgeous Studio on the Kennebec

Gorgeous riverside studio, the smaller of two AirBnB houses on the same property on the outskirts of beautiful and historic Bath, Maine. (The other, “Beautiful Summer River Retreat,” is a separate Airbnb rental.) Kitchenette, bathroom/shower, living room, and bedroom. Simple, modern decor. Close to great shops, restaurants, and beaches, and just a 20-minute drive from Bowdoin College. Adjacent to a boat launch, and a short walk from the Bath Marine Museum and a scenic dog park.

On site parking, a lovely yard, a new sauna on a beautiful deck overlooking the water, nearby fields and steps away from the famous Olson House on one side, you can sit on the deck and overlook the working lobster wharf with fishermen coming and going daily on the other side!

Just steps from the beach, the cottage features expansive views of the ocean, including 2 lighthouses. Need more space for friends and family to join you? We also rent the 3 bedroom/2 bath house directly across from the cottage (you can find it at Popham-beach-house). Note that the cottage is seasonal.
