The Iron Horse Hyak Cabin is a home of relaxation and adventure in the woods near the city. The unobstructed cabin views are beautiful, and it is only a two-block walk to the Summit East biking & hiking area. The house is 3 stories, sleeps 10 with 3 bathrooms. Directly across the street is the Palouse to Cascades State Park Trail for lots of year-round biking & hiking (the Hyak tunnel nearby). We have many nearby hiking trails with a swimming lake or paddle boarding & fishing just down the road.

The home sits in a quiet cul-de-sac and shares a border with the ski area, is a short distance from Lake Kachees, Keechelus Lake, the John Wayne Trail, Snoqualmie Tunnel, Gold Creek Pond, endless trails and so much more. The neighborhood is quiet, not suitable for parties or late nights. 85" TV in the great room is a hit.

Silver Fir Loft, Ski In/Ski Out Carriage House

Modern carriage house apartment, located right next to the Silver Fir Ski run. This is a true ski in/ski out experience. You can watch skiers from a comfy chair by the fire since you are only about a hundred feet from the chairlift. No need to hassle with ski area parking lots or lodge food. Keep all your gear warm and dry and use the kitchen to prepare meals. Silver Fir is a great base camp with day and night skiing, and Summit West, East and Central are accessible by the chairlift.

Get ready to relax in this 4-bedroom, 2 and 1/2 Bath house in Bonney Lake. This lovely property features 1 king bed, 2 twin beds, and 2 queen beds, perfect for a family or group of friends. The master bath is equipped with instant hot water, a huge shower, a heated and jetted tub, and heated floors. Guests can unwind after a day of exploring. Experience Private Island living in a tent on Lake Tapps. Weather permitting, I will boat you over with your gear and pick you up. There is a row boat and Kayak for use while you are on the private island, also includes a camp shower & porta potty, propane grill for cooking.
