It is 5 blocks to the streetcar and the Santa Cruz River farmers market (Thurs. pm) at Mercado San Agustin. Enjoy their patio with meals or a glass of wine. It is 1/2 block from the bus stop in the Menlo Park neighborhood. Property is gated, laundry onsite, WiFi, DirectTV. Just 6 blocks away is Santa Cruz River Park South, part of the extensive Loop bicycle and footpath system.

Little House in the Desert

Tiny Home. Very private. Peaceful and quiet. Lots of land surrounding. Separate driveway And huge lot area. Dog Ok. NO CATS New, extremely comfortable Queen memory foam/gel mattress in the bedroom and brand new Queen memory foam mattress in the pull out couch. This is the perfect little HOuse in the Desert and brand new! We are available to you and very close in the main house on the other side of the property. The houses are separated by a large brick wall.

Modern toilet+shower & downstairs has an additional room w twin bed, perfect for napping & reading. The tiny house sits in the backyard of my historic home, however the backyard space is all yours!
