Approx 450 sq ft 1 bed/1 bath guest house in peaceful neighborhood close to amenities. Full kitchen, living room, 65" TV, queen bed with washer/dryer. Coffee maker & coffee. Own pasture for horses (upcharge per horse and must bring own feed). Dogs ok upon approval with upcharge and own fenced area. Cozy and clean! 7.8 miles to Horseshoe equestrian park! Main home is on property, but completely separate from Guesthouse. We have horses, cattle, 22 chickens, a goat and 2 barn cats and our own dogs.
