I don’t believe it’s outdated as some reviews state, it’s a Tahoe home that is not modern but cozy. Placer County tax 10%

The Feather is a peaceful space for two located on a quiet, wooded road 1.3 miles from town. Luxuriate in deep sleep on the finest, king-sized, 18” mattress. In the fall and winter you will hear the great horned owls singing through the night. Enjoy simple meals, a cozy reading nook and a hot shower. As hosts we strive to be in harmony with the land. Full access to gym, hot tubs, shuttle service, etc. Has kitchen, deck with BBQ, fireplace, cable, wifi and washer/dryer. Pull out ottoman and queen bed could accomodate a small family, but it would be a little "cozy." Ideal for 2-3 guests. Recently remodeled with dual lounge chairs and a Murphy bed.
