The Barnhouse Loft offers a very unique opportunity to enjoy Niagara Wine Country in full privacy and great comfort. You will be treated to a delicious full hot breakfast every morning and have exclusive use of the entire apartment. Cozy, secluded cottage off the main road with lake front. **Although we have lakefront property, there is currently no access to the water on our property***. Close to the village of Youngstown for boating, fishing, food, and entertainment. A 10 minute drive from Lewiston and Artpark. Stay hidden at the lake and relax, or explore the Niagara River and Lake Ontario! Also not far from Niagara Falls, one of the seven wonders of the world, and a short drive to the Canadian border!

Perfect for couples, small families, or solo traveler, perfect for up to 2 adults.

Cozy Youngstown Cottage

Relax at this peaceful retreat located in Youngstown, New York. This location is 1 miles from Historic Main Street, where you can visit local shops and restaurants. For our guests who like history, take a trip over to Fort Niagara to experience some American history. Explore Lewiston, NY, which is a 10 minute drive. Center Street is full of entertainment, restaurants, and pubs! Venture out 20 minutes from the property to visit Niagara Falls, one of the Wonders of the World!

Woodcliff Cottage

Woodcliff Cottage has been fully renovated. A new kitchen features granite countertops, high-end range, island/bar and spectacular views. The kitchen opens into a spacious living room with gas fireplace and more windows looking out over the new deck and Lake Ontario. Enjoy a sunset campfire at the fire pit with stairs leading down to Lake Ontario. 2 Bedrooms, 2 baths with walk-in shower and shower with full bathtub. We also rent Shell Cottage next door.

Modern Niagara studio

Welcome to our cozy, newly remodeled studio with a private entry. This studio is centrally located on a popular street in Niagara Falls. It is an 8-10 minute drive from downtown and the Falls and a very short walk to a bus stop that will take you where you need to go. My goal is to make your stay enjoyable that's why I made sure you have: -Smart TV and free movies -Coffee and snack -board games -Towels -Fully equiped kitchen -Laundry (For a fee)
