The Bird's nest has a unique spiral staircase with decks on the front and back. Front room has a twin bed and a trundle bed. The living room and kitchen bar area is very open and full of light. The living room has a 55" flatscreen with a large sectional sofa. All new appliances, dishwasher, with every kitchen need you might have. Bathroom has full shower/tub and lots of storage area. Bedroom has queen bed and lots of dresser storage area. 32" flatscreen TV. A beautiful walk out 2 story deck.

If you are looking for a fantastic adventure in the QuadCity area come enjoy the best location in downtown Prescott! Conveniently located with private parking. Walking distance to all the favorite downtown attractions. The house is built in 1904 and is updated but has its quarks as older homes do. I love the charm of it but it’s not for everyone.
