Cozy Casita in the Trees

Enjoy this cozy casita for two on a small hill with lots of trees in Diamond Valley, centrally located right between downtown Prescott and Prescott Valley. Please note that the bathroom is a detached building next to casita and has a compost toilet, shower and sink. Cuddle up in the soft queen bed(removable pad), make a cup of coffee or snack in the kitchenette, or relax on the attached patio. Pets are not allowed. We can’t accept reservations for someone not on your account. Infants welcome.

Home Away From Home

Enjoy the high desert plateau from this private home on a secluded cul-de-sac near the Bradshaw Mountains. Scenic drives, hikes, shopping, and golf are just minutes away. Guests enjoy a full home on the main (ground) floor of this split-level home. In addition to two bedrooms, the home includes a full kitchen, large kitchen island, dining room table (seats 8), large living room, and a cozy serenity room with windows all around. Also on this level, a large deck with seating and barbeque grill.

Granite Mountain Views-Prescott

Granite Mountain views is a spacious studio that is a walk out below our home, fully furnished. Only access is from the outside. We do live above the studio. There is a kitchenette, large bathroom, Queen bed, full sofa sleeper, and no carpeting. There is parking on site and a private deck to enjoy. It is 5.4 miles to historic downtown Prescott, 4.5 miles to the “Worlds Oldest Rodeo”, 1.4 miles to Embry Riddle Aeronautical University, and 11 miles to PV Event Center. Come enjoy Prescott!

The Birds Nest is a 2 story loft.

The Bird's nest has a unique spiral staircase with decks on the front and back. Front room has a twin bed and a trundle bed. The living room and kitchen bar area is very open and full of light. The living room has a 55" flatscreen with a large sectional sofa. All new appliances, dishwasher, with every kitchen need you might have. Bathroom has full shower/tub and lots of storage area. Bedroom has queen bed and lots of dresser storage area. 32" flatscreen TV. A beautiful walk out 2 story deck.

Prescott’s Sweet Suite

This is a separate & private suite, with free parking & a private entrance. Walking distance to Courthouse/Whiskey Row, about 1.25 miles & Prescott Resort 1 miles. 4.1 miles to Watson lake. Equipped with a full size refrigerator, induction cooktops, oven/air frier, dishwasher, microwave, dinnerware, drinkware & utensils. Also provided are kitchen, and bed & bath linens. Additional pillows, blankets, towels, pack-n-play, iron, picnic basket & more available on request

Includes private backyard with a grill, fire pit & outdoor shaded dining area. Unit also contains small washer+dryer. Quiet neighborhood, mountain views. Close to woods AND city goods: 7 min to forested Lynx Lake or be-bouldered Watson Lake; 5 min to Trader J's, Costco, Sprouts, In n Out, Walmart, good eats & more. This unit is fully self-contained and private; it only shares one exterior wall (in the living room) with a separate rental on the property.
