Plum Island Sunset Cottage

Come to PI to stay at our renovated beach house! Enjoy daily sunsets, a short walk to the beach, ice cream, restaurants, convenience, and wild life! The house sleeps 8, with 2 queen bedrooms & 1 bunk room that sleeps 4. The perfect spot to stay to be close to Newburyport, the surf, bird watching, running, cycling, and scenic walks through the peaceful Wildlife Refuge. Please note: this is NOT a party house. It's a cottage to be enjoyed by friends & family, in respect to neighbors and our home.

You're a stone's throw from the Plymouth Rock, Plantation, and Plymouth Beach, along with all the restaurants and shops along the waterfront. Boston, Cape Cod, Nantucket, and Martha's Vineyard are only minutes from your doorstep. There is a walking trail for pets around an adjacent cranberry bog. Fire pits, private patio, and beach for your outdoor pleasure!

Walk the cottage for ice cream, Rip tide & the Sunset Club for cocktails and dinner. Beach, boating, fishing, wildlife sanctuary, and the historic downtown Newburyport all just 40 miles from Boston!

Charming 3 br apartment/East side

Beautiful 2 floor apartment/house (part of a duplex) with floral front yard and shady back garden. Close to Brown, RISD, downtown, etc. Fully furnished. Front and back private entrances. Kitchen stocked with cooking basics, including spices, and many utensils, small appliances and pots, pans, etc. Picnic basket, beach towels and mats, hand weights, yoga mat on premises. Suitable for entertaining indoors and out. Parking: 2 driveway spaces on alley. Can host 4/5 easily, but up to 6 is possible.

Beach Cottage, without going over bridges to Cape!

Deeply sanitized, all handles Clorox wiped and cleaned thoroughly for all guests. This adorable beach cottage comes with everything you need for a nice & relaxing getaway. The beach is a short walk of about 5-8 minutes down the street. 2 beach chairs, towels & a cooler are provided. Come home to an outdoor grill and deck furniture to continue your outdoor experience. Fenced in yard and open to having well trained dogs for an additional one time $100 fee. Sorry no other pets considered.

Ferry ride is 15-30 minutes depending if boat is direct to Boston, MA or stops at Logan or Hingham. Please check ferry schedule as it changes to weekday only in the off season. The house is 28 miles south of Boston. Panoramic water views. Beach access across the street. Vacation or work from home with water views from every window.

Charming historic town, home of Brooks School and Phillips Academy, 30 minutes to Boston and Seacoast. Families will enjoy our children’s park and town park, just a short walk from property. Enjoy pastural views while relaxing poolside (availability May 1 - Oct 1)in a quiet & private backyard setting. Hot tub is also open May 1 til Nov 1. Seven minutes to commuter rail for those who desire traveling into Boston, no hassle!

Cozy 1930s cottage in Stow, MA with modern amenities. Great landing pad if you are visiting the area. Located in quiet neighborhood with very little traffic. Convenient to local farms, orchards, golfing, parks and more. Hudson, Sudbury and Maynard's restaurants and shops 15 minutes away and big city Boston / Cambridge only 40 minutes.
