The Snuggery is a converted outbuilding that has been set up for a cosy stay with a wood burning stove and lots of snuggly wraps to cuddle up in. The open plan interior, high vaulted ceilings and natural oak flooring create an interior which is fun, light and airy. Walking enthusiasts will enjoy walks from the back door straight on to the North Downs Way and there is a bench by the front door fitted with a heated element, perfect for warming up your walking boots. It is located 2 miles from Epping and ideally located for people attending weddings at Gaynes Park, Blake Hall and Mulberry House. Epping tube station (central line) is under five minutes drive.

You'll love the studio because of the location, the amazing views of canary wharf and the 02, with garden and key-box entry. This is a peaceful self contained Studio situated in a quiet lane in a quiet location. We are close to local Station a 5 minute walk and easy links in to central London and Greenwich. Also Links to the O2. We are also a short Drive/Bus Journey away from Blue water Shopping Centre and Thurrock Lake side, both of which have many restaurants and Cinemas. So if your looking for a place to stay that is cosy, Practical, and just plan nice, look no further.

This unique place has a style all its own. I built this for my daughter and now that my youngest has gone to Uni its time to put it to further use for others to enjoy.
