San Clemente ocean view beach condo, your home away from home, located in the "Pier Bowl" resort area and near downtown for restaurants/pubs/shopping/business district, We're within 600 feet of the beach, pier, and the famous Fisherman's Restaurant and bar - they have an early diners menu during the week - always great for viewing sunsets. Additional restaurants are across from the pier- The Pierside ( delicious fine dining), La Galetta Creperie (Yum!), Bear Cost coffee and pastry shop, a coffee and ice cream shop, a small convenience store and gift shop are all there in the pier area. There is a beautiful scenic walking trail right along the beach. It's about a 1 1/2 miles to north beach and about the same distance south to Calafia beach. Unit is located in a small condo complex, in a quiet neighborhood, 1 bedroom one bath unit, fully furnished, kitchen equipped. Elevator from garage to each floor. Laundry facility available in parking garage, one space for parking .The swimming pool is right out the front door for an alternate to the beach, bar-b-que in the pool area. All amenities including a tiny kitchen and full patio. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers. This is one of two units on the duplex-type-property. 5 minutes walk to beach in a safe, quiet, and friendly neighborhood.

It is a very private beach cottage style house with open beam ceilings, and a double car garage and is close to everything you could ever want in the beach village of San Clemente.

One of the last remaining undeveloped parts of Southern California, De Luz Heights is located adjacent to the Cleveland National Forest, and the Santa Margarita River (just a few miles from the campsite). On my 80 acres, there are no public roads going through or next to the property.  My land is 13 miles from the Pacific ocean and enjoys a relatively mild yearly climate, and features giant boulders and native wildlife.
