Come enjoy a furnished cozy cottage in sought after Historic Annapolis, Maryland. ..the sailing capital of the east coast. Accommodations are simple with open decking and private entrance to bedroom area. A trundle day bed makes into two twins or double bed with little room to spare.A single bath will be shared along with kitchen privileges. The house is situated in a quiet neighborhood with no need for a car. Although parking is in front of the house if you do have a car. A walking path and biking trail run throughout the area. There is easy public transportation(trolley) to downtown and harbor area. You also may choose to walk to the nearby Historic area downtown and the Naval Academy Stadium and yard. Within walking distance there are restaurants and shopping with something in mind for everyone. Enjoy Annapolis at your leisure being adventurous or relaxed. You are welcome to my home with a lovely deck outside your room and Odin(young,nosey, English Cream Golden Retriever) to enjoy. We always look forward to meeting new guests. 1BR Guest Cottage (L) at The Mill at Fine Creek

Cottage L is a one-bedroom cottage (567 SF) with a sitting room, one bathroom with a tub/shower, large back porch, and convenient parking. This cottage also includes a sleeper sofa, giving you the option to add up to two additional guests in the cottage, extra charges apply. Also included in this cottage is a crib. The cottage has central heat/air with its own climate control, a TV in the sitting room with cable, free WiFi, a small refrigerator/freezer, and glassware. The cottage bedroom has a queen-sized bed. The cottage bathroom includes a hair dryer, a make-up mirror, toiletries, and 100% cotton bath towels. Cottage guests enjoy complimentary breakfast (eg, bagels, muffins, granola, juice, coffee/tea) and other items and services that is available through our general store and cafe. There is a brewery on the property that is open from Thursday through Sunday.

DC Wharf, Anthem, National Mall & three Metro stations are within a 10-minute walk. The first floor is all yours. Very private. Your bathroom is stocked with amenities. Always fresh towels, clean sheets on a queen-size bed. Closets, wifi, laundry, courtyard view. Full access to the living room, dining room & kitchen on the second floor. We live on the third floor. Start the day with a fresh-ground coffee and a homemade breakfast. Happy to adjust to personal preferences and dietary restrictions.

Suburban Sanctuary

My home is in a quiet, safe, suburban neighborhood, approximately 20 minutes from Washington DC and 15 minutes from downtown Silver Spring. The closest Metro station is an 8 minute drive. It is a large two level ranch style home. Your bedroom and private bathroom will be on the main level where you enter the home. The kitchen, dining and living room reserved for guests is on the lower level which is above ground with a sliding glass door leading to the back patio. Driveway parking is available.

You can easily walk to Starbucks, Whole Foods Market, CVS, and many other shops and eateries along with American University's main campus within 10 min. AU Law School is a 5 min walk and downtown DC is a 15 min metro ride. You’ll love our home w/its fabulous kitchen, comfortable bedrooms, warm atmosphere, and amazing front porch and deck. Included is a wonderful breakfast for you to start your day.

The Corn Crib

This renovated corn shed mimics a studio apartment adorned with ceramic tile, bright hues and a wood-burning fireplace. The kitchenette, breakfast nook and comfortable living space will make this your home away from home! The Corn Crib is also completely handicap accessible. Additional roll-away bed may be added for $20/night. Pets are allowed and are charged a fee of $25 (first night) and $15 (per ea. add'l night). Maximum occupancy is 3 guests (including the rollaway bed).

Welcome to Falling Creek, conveniently located less than 3 miles from I95. Less than an hour drive from D.C. and only 10 - 15 min from Quantico and Downtown Fredericksburg where you can walk around to shop, eat or have a drink. Unlike some other places, we don't require you to perform any chores or cleaning before checking out. Your comfort and satisfaction are our top priorities. Feel free to take your time, savor your last moments, and leave any tidying up to us.

Our historic, double-story cabin is fully restored but retains its rustic character. Downstairs you’ll find a cozy living room and kitchenette. Upstairs, a queen bed and a bathroom with shower await. Look out on our rolling pastures from the comfort of the covered deck and immerse yourself in the idyllic setting of our 558 acre conservation reserve and regenerative farm. You can enjoy fantastic hiking, explore wineries, charming rural towns and much more close by!

Pet-Friendly Private Suite With Luxury Breakfast

Guests, and up to two pups, have private access to my top floor suite. It includes two bedrooms, one full bath, a lounge and a private balcony with unmatched views of the Blue Ride Mountains and stunning sunsets. An indulgent full breakfast is included. Surrounded by a cut flower farm, my countryside retreat is located near the Appalachian Trail, the Inn at Little Washington, wineries, breweries and the entrance to Shenandoah National Park.

The Game Room at Mountain Home

The Game Room is on the basement floor of the beautifully restored 1847 portion of the historic main house of Mountain Home. Features include a twin daybed and trundle (and a roll-away bed, when needed), private half bathroom (with access to a full bathroom w/shower upstairs), and vintage foosball table, as well as games, toys, puzzles, DVDs and VHS tapes and a system for playing them. A hearty breakfast is included.
