Wisteria Treehouse

Wisteria Treehouse is an elevated camping structure designed to imerse you in nature. The lower deck hosts a 13' bell tent with cots and camp matresses. Being off the ground keeps the tent drier and invites a nice breeze. The Treehouse itself is a renovated hunting blind turned into a sheltered spot relax and take in the view. Secluded on a private 2.5 acre lot in the corner of a specialty bird farm. Guinea Fowl will wander by at times as they make their rounds. Newly added N64+Mariokart

Lakefront Airstream - Farm Animals - Fish, Swim, B

Renovated 1965 Airstream sits Lakefront w/ all modern conveniences, including fully stocked kitchen, full bath, AC, and Heat. Across from a waterfall on an 8 acre private Lake with your own beach, dock, and Kayaks. Nestled into the forest on our farm and surrounded by 142 wooded acres with 5+Miles of Hike/Biking trails. Enjoy Swimming, Kayaking, Fishing, Hike/Biking, visit Farm Animals, or just RELAX! Only our Family, Log Cabin, Tugboat, and Silo listings have access to the Lake and Property.

“Old Smokey”A cozy, single bedroom, unique getaway

"Old Smokey" is a 1965 pull-behind camper that has been beautifully remodeled. It is cozy, rustic and has been restructured with lots of love. You can enjoy breathtaking sunrises and sunsets. The camper has both air conditioning and a wood stove. "Old Smokey" is a unique and romantic glamping experience. You can cook delicious meals on the propane stove/grill or visit one of our charming local restaurants. This is the perfect location to relax and reset, either solo or with someone special.

The Debonair

The Debonair-A New and Beautiful Airstream Trailer with all the modern conveniences. The fully stocked kitchen is equipped with a gas range, oven, microwave, a large refrigerator and freezer. An outdoor gas grill is provided for your al fresco meal. Wifi is provided in case you need to stay connected. Relax and unwind as you visit nearby Wineries, Country Markets and local festivals or to Hike or Bike nearby trails. You will be staying on our working farm. We look forward to hosting you!

River & Rail

Enjoy all the Potomac River has to offer, just 40 miles south of D.C. Rich in history, our RV trailer sits near the river's edge on our home property about 200 feet from our residence, in Widewater Virginia, between the Potomac River and the CSX railway. Although there are trains that pass by, they do not use their horn in our area, and they are fun to watch! Enjoy a coffee while watching a beautiful sunrise, then light up a fire pit after a day kayaking or fishing on the river.

Airstream Farm Stay Cape Charles

Tucked away in the woods on a historic Eastern Shore farm lies this stunning Airstream retreat 10 mins from Cape Charles. The 1969 Airstream has been converted into a contemporary studio with all the comforts of a luxury hotel room. Wake up to the birds singing in the trees that completely surround the huge front deck. Take a walk on our trails. Enjoy watching the animals. Take a trip into Cape Charles for restaurants and shopping, then enjoy a movie in the Airstream at night.

Disconnect from the ordinary and reconnect with your inner child in the enchanted forest at Phantom Hill! This private campsite includes a charming off-grid camper for those that don’t want to entirely detach from modern conveniences. Most vehicles can drive to the site, but low sports cars or luxury vehicles are not recommended. It's an adventurous drive, so expect bumps, scratches, and tight turns! If you do not want to drive, it is a 15 minute walk from the parking lot.

Just minutes from the Shenandoah National Park, Polly is beauty on a budget. She is the gateway to the Blue Ridge Mountains, Virginia wineries and breweries, Charlottesville, and historic sites in Central Virginia. Welcome to "The Pines at Canoe Neck" a private waterfront experience with the farm feel. Enjoy the 75 foot dock with fishing, crabbing, canoeing, kayaking and much more on the quiet inlet. Private docking available for personal boats. Guests have the option of visiting the cute critters living on the property as well as an abundant garden full of you pick seasonal veggies, all you can pick and eat for the stay.
