Convenient location as a hub while enjoying excursions as well as exploring Reykjavik and the surrounding area. Sheltered by tall trees and vegetation, the house offers privacy while enjoying views of Mt. Esja. On the property the owner operates a sustainable and organic vegetable farm, both outdoors and in heated greenhouses. When not in use as a rental property, the home is used as a craft workshop.

The house is a fantastic renovated 1930s town house in the Norðurmýri residential neighbourhood in the centre of Reykjavík. On the main floor there is a hall, dining room, kitchen, TV room with a sofa and the living room with a beautiful fireplace and access to the garden. Upstairs there are three bedrooms, bathroom and toilet. The main bedroom has a door to the balconies. Main bedroom has a 180 cm bed, other big bed room has two 90 cm single beds and the small room has a 140 cm bed.
